Claire studied Sivananda Yoga – a traditional, exact and easy to learn system that aims to create a healthy body and mind working through the 12 basic asanas.These open the chakras and increase the flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress. Claire offers Sports Yoga, Corporate Yoga and Aerial Yoga.
