Really enjoying early morning group fitness – it’s a great energising way to start the day and once you’re in the routine it’s not so hard. The workout can be taken at your pace or pushed every morning if you’re so inclined – and Claire and the group encourage the latter! Getting leaner, fitter, greater stamina and improved body definition are really noticeable after a few weeks only. Other physical activities become easier and more enjoyable – whether that’s doing the Otago Rail Trail, tramping or playing airsoft. Definitely worth it! – Graham Parton
