Queens Park Sunset

60 minutes of energy boosting exercising in and around Queens Park. The group meets and finishes outside the gates at Langside Hall whatever the weather. Cool down over within the hour, your work out is done for the day!! Sessions are designed to suit people of all fitness levels and leave everyone feeling good from the workout. Bring some water and wear gear you can exercise in and don’t mind getting muddy!

Sessions are designed to improve overall health and fitness. Blast your abs!! Body weight training!! Increase cv endurance and muscular strength, complete your cross training workout with a lengthening stretch off. Sessions are taugh by certified fitness professionals, exercises are appropriate, challenging, fun and safe.

NB. The block runs for 6 weeks at 2 sessions a week. Monday and Wednesday 7-8. If you cannot attend both sessions and would like to particiapte contact Claire and Keep Fit Glasgow will endevour to accomodate you.
