Claire has lived in India and practiced Yoga in various Ashrams. She teaches Sivananda Yoga. It is a traditional, exact and easy-to-learn system that aims to create a healthy body and mind. We work through the 12 basic asanas. They open the chakras and increase flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress. Claire’s teaching style is hands on.
