What’s in Store
Train 4 mornings a week at Results Gym 6.15-7.15am. You have the option of leaving at 7am.
First half sweat and burn calories as you bike to the music, fast paced and suitable for all levels because you control the resistance. It is your workout you decide! Second half is off the bike strength training for the legs, glutes and core. We finish with a delightful stretch and mobility cool down.
Structured strength and stability circuit. Comprises of body weight training, trx, dumbbells, medicine balls and the occasional tyre flip and sled push!!.. Again you can handle this – it is your workout; challenge your body within your range of movement.
Finish the week with an injury prevention and mobility yoga session. Stretch out and learn strong balanced habits to support your gym training.
