Aerobics, dance and Combat inspired Choreography. Interval training to get results. Accompanied by a little floor work were we isolate specific muscle groups, mainly our upper body. We spend time stretching before and after the workout and finish with a little relaxation. You will be offered options throughout this session – it is your workout - you decide!!
