My health and fitness have always been important to me. As well as practicing Yoga, I Weight Train, and Climb. I love Training Outdoors and have been known to use a park bench for all sorts of Resistance Training!!
My career started in Marketing and Business Management but my passion for Fitness WON.
I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Studio Instructor, Gym Instructor. I am on the Register of Fitness Professionals and Level 3 Certified.
I have worked and trained in Canada, Australia and India and have been delivering various Fitness, Nutritional and Weight Loss sessions in Glasgow.
When living in India Claire practiced Yoga in various Ashrams. She teaches Sivananda Yoga. It is a traditional, exact and easy-to-learn system that aims to create a healthy body and mind. We work through the 12 basic asanas. They open the chakras and increase flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress. Claire’s teaching style is hands on.
