Dance Off Fitness

A dance inspired cardio workout, where you are free to enjoy the sensation of performance.  An addictive fusion of hip hop, house and street dance. The hottest new club tracks puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.  Claire and Shell will teach you to move with attitude through this hour long class.

The girls will give you all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, including burning lots of calories. When the class kicks into our performance phase, our heart rate will go through the roof and we will work it better than Beyonce.

A DANCE OFF FITNESS session is also great for improving coordination, with a big focus on moving through a wide range of planes and movement tempos. There is plenty of time to learn each new move... Our choreography is simple, Claire and Shell will coach style and direction – and motivate you to perform at your mtv best.
