Aerobics
AEROBICS, dance and Combat inspired Choreography. Interval training to get results. Accompanied by a little floor work were we isolate specific muscle groups, mainly our upper body. We spend time stretching before and after the workout and finish with a little relaxation. You will be offered options throughout this session – it is your workout - you decide!!
Dance Off Fitness
A dance inspired cardio workout, where you are free to enjoy the sensation of performance. An addictive fusion of hip hop, house and street dance.
Outdoor Circuts
60 minutes of energy boosting exercise! Glasgow's Urban gym, come out and play!!
